Ridiculous condo Fee increase ... again

If you worked at Yahoo, Google, Facebook, Twitter and other major companies, 10,000 , 20,000 people and more are being laid off to cut costs. Here at GLR our answer to cutting costs is to give everyone a cost of living increase of 4% !!!

Pensioners like many of us here at GLR didn't get 4% increase from the Canadian Goverment!

Companies in Calgary and Edmonton are laying off people who would pass on a cost of living increase if they could keep their jobs..

As always, property owners here are considered 'fish in a barrel'. If costs go up just 'shoot' them an increased bill.

How about cutting operational costs? How about reducing staff? This started with buying the golf course which was a very bad idea (which they were told). Now the board is making more excuses and because we don't sell lots as per the previous ownership we have to cover that lost income. Why wasn't that taken into consideration before paying $5 million dollars to the previous owner. We were also promised 5 years of support by the previous manager which didn't happen either.

$666 for 'special' projects. Who voted for those? More to come...
